Family operated, Garhauer USA is first and foremost a sailor's company. Both founders and three generations of their families come to work each morning. DOUBLE HIGH LOAD BLOCKS
HIGH LOAD blocks are now available in single, double or triple combinations.
We have stock of the single 40, 50 and 60 series single blocks and have just received the first HIGH LOAD double blocks in NZ. (50-17USHL pictured)
This has a hand polished stainless steel surface, Torlon ball bearings and needle rollers and has a safe working load of 2267kg.
High Load blocks are specifically designed to stand high load conditions and have a SWL (safe working load) of between 2040 – 2721kg (4500 to 6000lb). The breaking strain is twice this.
ULTRA HIGH LOAD STAINLESS SINGLE BLOCKS
NEW! Super strength stainless ULTRA HIGH LOAD blocks.
Only available in the 40 and 50 series just yet, but other series will follow.
Hand polished stainless steel surface, stainless race, stainless sheave, Torlon ball bearings and bronze needle rollers.
The SWL (safe working load) of the 40-13SSHL and 50-13SSHL is 2721kg (6,000lb). Add a high load shackle, and these blocks will perform right up to their breaking load which is double the SWL because of the bronze needle rollers.

The ultimate! Highly polished stainless steel Genoa Cars for boats 50-75ft with 1 1/4" x 1/4" track.
The LLC-4SS is now in stock in NZ and we can order in the LLC-3 in stainless as well.

DELUXE RIGID BOOM VANGS
The RV18-1DX and RV20-1DX Deluxe range of Garhauer Rigid Boom Vangs have a secondary purchase that runs on a car attached to a 1" track that is extruded as part of the main tube.
NEW STAINLESS SMALLER PROFILE EXTENDABLE HANDLE ROPE CLUTCHES FOR YACHTS TO 9 METRES
The Stainless series is a slightly smaller profile to cater for yachts up to 9 metres. Designed to take spectra rope 4-11mm.

MINI LIFTING DAVIT
Garhauer Lifting Davit - small version.
This Davit is a lighter version of the Garhauer LD6-1 (1 3/4" instead of 2" stainless tube).
The lifting capacity is 68kg (150lb).
